That is an early one! FWIW, from several years of web prowling, the lowest number I've seen is 077, and the highest is 3918.

The M41b I have here has an Ajack 4x90 scope serial # 3256/1942B

Bear, I think I may be able to extend your list. One of my 41Bs has Nr.3946 on its Ajack scope. I was not successful in capturing the serial number clearly, but here is an image of the turret part.

Thank you! My gut feeling is that 2,000 were delivered in 1941, and 2,000 in 1942.
