Since these may have been rebuilt into another type of rifle, please list any 1898 CG receiver serial number, along with what type of rifle it is on (m96, 96/38, carbine, CG63, etc.) Also, if you have an Oberndorf or Husqvarna with a serial number between 0001 and 20,000, please list serial with manufacturer. Curio and Relic Firearms Forum, Swedish Rifles page "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed...." Folks, that is in ENGLISH, and "INTERPRETATION" is not required!

I had 2 more that I bought off the for-sale boards that the sellers renigged on AFTER the deal was signed, sealed and delivered (money sent EVEN). Obviously, someone saw (too late) the for-sale ads on the boards and offered them more money and talked them into renigging on the done-deals by claiming they never received payment. Of course, the sellers never let me know, they wouldn't respond to my e-mails, and they sold them without even showing me any courtesy or consideration as 1st buyer. When I forced them to respond, they simply said they had already sold them to someone else after not receiving payment. It was VERY obvious what was going on. REAL CLASS ACTS! Then it took me over 3 months to get most of my money back from the USPS!!! These guys are still on the boards / websites, but I will never have anything to do with them ... Sorry, Jim, for the rant, but I am still PO'd about these guys ...
