I am new to the forum and have enjoyed reading the posts. I have a Gras I would like to sell. I do not have photos but would describe fully and give 3 day inspection. This one is 11mm. It seems to be dated 1879 and has many cartouches and various stamps on the metal and wood. The finish on the metal is patina mixed with fine rust no pits that I can see just age. The stock in complete and heavily varnished. You can tell from the wrist of the stock and the forearm that it was handled and probably fired a lot. These areas have a thinner finish and a bit lighter color. The mechanics seem excellent to me the bore is bright just a tiny section of light pitting in one spot. Turned down bolt, brass barrel bands (2), brass trigger guard and buttplate. It is missing the cleaning rod and what ever should be in the hole in the right side of the buttstock. Overall I think a very attractive antique. I would like $300 for it and would ship to lower 48 and give 3 day inspection.
