I may be shipping a C & R long gun to California. Its been a long time since I did that, and I am wondering if there is anything special I need to do, or
is it the same as the free states of the Union as far as C&R regs go?

shipping a long gun to prk is no different than shipping to any other state if the person shipping the rifle is a c&r holder or an individual. the new
crazy rules only apply to type 1 ffl's.

California C&R Restrictions | ||

California C&R FFL holders can only receive C&R rifles or shotguns that are over 50 years old. All other C&R firearms must be transferred through
a dealer.
