Though not a war movie in the traditional sense, opens with a P40 Warhawk and later has a M3 Grant (tank). I'm talking about the 1979 movie with Dan
Akroid(spelling?) and John Belushi.
I liked the whole movie, but liked the part when the Japanese sub commander says something like, "we've got to blow the crap out of something big." |

Ahhh yes, one of my favorites and part of my aging VHS collection. Must find it on DVD some day.
