You can get Dies from C&H4D for about $95.00 delivered and correct formed cases from Buffalo Arms for $68.00 per 50 cases and reload them yourself
Here is my relaoding data for Siamese/Thai cartridges ... please use this information as a guide only and use it responsibly ... These loads worked for me and very accurate

Siamese 8x50Rmm Type 45

I used the Woodleigh .323 220gr. Round Nose Soft Nose SD: .301 BC: .355 bullet as this was the closest to the original specs above and the results:
IMR 4895 ... 40.8grs. = 2050 fps
IMR 4895 ... 41.0grs. = 2055 fps

I used the Nosler .323 180 gr. Ballistic Tip SD: .246 BC: .357 bullet as this was the closest to the original specs above and the results:
IMR 3031 ... 38.5grs. = 2250 fps
IMR 4064 ... 40.5grs. = 2250 fps
IMR 4320 ... 42.5 to 42.7grs. = 2250 fps
