I am the proud new owner of a Yugo M-48. I've wanted one ever since they were first imported. Now I got one and all it cost me was a Mossberg 46m. I think
it was a fair trade.

I would say you came out ahead on that deal although a Mossberg 46m was my first rifle and I bought my son and grandson copies as their first gun. I still have
mine and it still shoots as well as it did 46 years ago.

This past spring I picked up a yugo M-48 at a gun show for $65.00. This dealer had approx 10 of them with different missing parts. The one I picked was
missing the safety. Found a safety at another vendors table for $5.00. I now have a $70.00 M-48 with a mirror bore.

That was a great buy. But you should quantify to the guy that even for last year's standards, that was a good deal, not the average.
