Just got a "new" 91 30 from AIM. All numbers match, dated 1942 with the Tula mark. Checked headspace, and it is go. Bore looks very good to excellent
(almost as good as my 30-06 Rem.700). Wood is good, has a small nick under bolt, but is very nice looking and no rust on metal. Will try to get pictures posted
over the weekend and will try to get some shots out of it to see how it does if I can do what I need to do.

Sorry guys, no pic.s and didn't get to shoot this weekend. Had to practice with my daughter on Sat. for a trap shoot she was competing in on Sun.
afternoon. She did very well, 4th place in the youth group. I'll try again this upcoming weekend.

She's really fired up about it. I need to work with her though on not holding the gun up and waiting for the clay to come into her line of sight. She
really needs to drop the barrel a little and follow the clay up. But, it looks like her FFA trap team will be practicing every Thurs. now, so I guess I have a
date every Thurs. evening for a while now.
