A friend gave me some older Hornady 129 RN to use. I can't find a starting load for these anywhere. If anyone has one I can start with, please let me know. thanks

IMR 4831 45 to 48 grains
IMR 4350 42.5 to 46 grains
IMR 4320 39.5 to 41 grains
H380 39.5 to 43.5 grains
H450 45.5 to 48.5 grains. I haven't seen any H450 in a long time, don't even know if it is available anymore.
