The brand I use and I use it a lot is Old Masters 100% Pure Tung Oil. Its about $20 for a Quart which will last most guys a lifetime. Its like BLO in that it soaks in, and better in that it is much more resistant to elements. I would challenge most guys to be able to tell the difference between the two if applied to a properly prepped stock. The odor will be the big difference, as Tung oil is not as stinky.
