In front of a run-down shack in north Houston, federal agents step from a government sedan into 102-degree
heat and face a critical question: How can the woman living here buy four high-end handguns in one day?

The house is worth $35,000. A screen dangles by a wall-unit air conditioner. Porch swing slats are smashed,
the smattering of grass is flattened by cars... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ I find it disconcerting that the media take every opportunity to shed a bad light on a member of the clergy. Is it even becoming a bad thing to buy a gun for
target practise? Certainly not politically correct.

I also do not have any sympathy for a straw purchaser. The danger lies in how many personal rights these agents violate to track them down. Are these agents
within their rights to inspect the records of firearms dealers for this cause? Are they making copies of the records for... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Looks like they&#39;re doing their jobs. The regulation against &quot;straw man&quot; purchases and the requirement that FFL licensees report multiple handgun
sales to one person in one transaction has been on the books for at least 20 years going back to when I had my Class 1 FFL. ]]></description>
