cannot be in the business of buying and selling but you may dispose of the guns as you wish. I have been wanting to buy some Tokarevs and want to buy maybe

			<description><![CDATA[ I have had a C&amp;R license now for like 4 years.  I love it and the opportunities it has afforded me.  I recently called ATF because I was curious on how a
non-licensee such as my dad or a friend could buy or be given one of my firearms, purchased under the C&amp;R.  This guy tells me to do form 4473, and call in
a background.  Then when I tell him I am not a business, he begins laughing and tells me to go see a local FFL holder (01) and have them transfer the guns.

I am a C&amp;R license holder and have been for several years.  The expiration date on my license is, I believe, November 1st.  As I recall in the past, I got
the renewal form in the mail, in advance of the expiration date, and didn&#39;t have to get a renewal form on my own, and all that.  I would send it in and I
never remember any particular problems in getting it back.

to her that was addressed to me. He told her that he knew I have guns because I have a C &amp; R license. He also told her not to be concerned by his visit
